UP 100U balance stool

The Interstuhl UP is not an ordinary office chair – its round, curved base keeps the body in constant gentle motion and aware that it has to hold its balance. This helps train the core and lower back muscles, improve posture and support circulation. The seat height adjusts freely from 45 to 63 cm, so the stool suits ordinary sitting at a desk, work or meetings at taller surfaces, and use as a temporary seat or perch.

Since the stool is made for active, flexible and mobile sitting, it has a convenient carrying handle – you can move it easily from the office to the living room, the kitchen or the meeting room. Its minimal, timeless design blends well into a contemporary office or home. Several colours are available, so it can be matched to the atmosphere of the room.
