Drawing on shapes from the seventies but made for the way we live now, the Hippo chair stands out for its relaxed design. Its round backrest opens up a freer sitting position, letting you rest your back or your arms as you please.
The Hippo chair rests on two strong wooden legs that run smoothly into seat and backrest. The distinctive timber profile works almost as an architectural element, in sharp contrast to the round, soft back and seat.

MATERIAL
The seat is made of plywood and cut foam. The backrest is FSC-certified solid oak with cut foam. The legs are FSC-certified solid oak finished with a water-based lacquer. The seat pad is replaceable.
