NY11 chair
Inspired by traditional Danish primary school chairs, the NY11 has a handmade solid oak frame and an oak veneer seat. It came about when designers Rune Krøjgaard and Knut Bendik Humlevik set out to give the classic Scandinavian dining chair a contemporary look. Like a school chair, it had to be comfortable and very durable. The result is a simple, honest chair with a timeless presence.

MATERIAL
The handmade FSC-certified solid oak frame is finished with a water-based clear lacquer. The seat and backrest are made of laminated oak veneer. The seat pad has replaceable upholstery.
